Support Elliott!

Elliott Chambers, a sophomore at Woodbury High School, recently wore a sweatshirt to school with the words "straight pride" on it.  His sister had seen MNYAF Executive Director Chris Hill wearing one a few months ago at a political rally and, after getting the website information, Elliott and his sister bought shirts.

Woodbury High School currently has dozens of "safe zones", indicated by an inverted pink triangle (a sign of homosexuality), where students can talk to teachers about any questions they have concerning their sexual orientation.  The teachers often send students to homosexual advocate groups if they have more questions.  Elliott did not think it a problem if he was proud to be straight because the school already advocates the homosexual lifestyle.  Apparently Elliott was wrong.  He was brought into the principle's office and told he could not wear his "homophobic" shirt.  Despite protest from him parents, the school would not allow Elliott to act out his first amendment right to free speech, so they filed a lawsuit in federal court and are receiving national attention from it.  Elliott has already appeared on Hannity and Colmes, Twin Cities channels 5, 9, and 11 news, WCCO radio, the Jason Lewis show, and twice on AM980 with Dr. Joyce Harley.  He is scheduled to appear on Court TV soon and possibly on the O'Reilly Factor.

MNYAF supports Elliott and his family in their fight for freedom of speech and appreciates their exposal of the radical homosexual agenda in the public schools.  To read more about Elliott and the Straight Pride movement, visit http://www.straightpride.com.  Send emails of support to info@straightpridewear.com.

Elliott ran into Chris at the recent Taxpayer's Rally at the State Capitol.  The below pictures are from the event (Elliott is wearing the black sweatshirt and Chris has the gray shirt).
